Article Processing Charges (APC)

The JISBD operates under an Article Processing Charge (APC) model to support editorial management, peer review administration, production, online hosting, and permanent open access dissemination of accepted articles. There are no submission fees, and APCs are payable only after formal acceptance of a manuscript.
Upon acceptance, a one-time APC of USD 100 (plus applicable taxes) is payable for international authors. The APC must be paid within the timeframe specified in the acceptance notification. 

APC Waiver Policy
JISBD is committed to promoting equitable access to scholarly publishing. Authors from middle-income and low-income countries who face financial constraints may request a partial or full APC waiver. Waiver requests must be submitted to the Editor at the time of acceptance and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to editorial discretion and supporting justification.
